How educational content is checked
DosePractice uses documented arithmetic methods, stable question IDs, displayed working, automated recalculation and regression tests. Questions can be reported individually so specific problems can be investigated and corrected.
The site includes 21 short topic-quiz questions and a separate 600-question nursing numeracy bank with worked feedback and privacy-friendly on-device rotation. Automated arithmetic checks reduce the risk of calculation and marking errors, but they do not establish clinical validity, regulatory approval or suitability for patient care.
Human error, ambiguous wording and technical defects can still occur. DosePractice therefore shows the method and working, records content versions, accepts user reports and uses regression testing before material corrections are released.
Every displayed assessment question carries a stable question ID. Reports identify the content item and version without automatically including the learner’s entered answer.
AI-assisted development
AI tools have assisted with code, question templates, explanations, tests and documentation. AI is not treated as an author, clinician, regulator or independent reviewer. Read the full methodology and AI-assistance disclosure, also summarised in the Terms.
Privacy-first assessment
Typed answers remain in page memory by default. Optional saved summaries contain only score and topic totals on the learner’s device. Read the privacy-by-design promise.
Independent project safeguards
DosePractice is independently developed and maintains documented arithmetic methods, content versions, educational boundaries, automated tests and correction records. These safeguards improve traceability but do not amount to independent clinical validation or regulatory approval.
