Intended purpose
DosePractice is an educational arithmetic-practice tool for adult learners and healthcare staff. It accepts fictional or tutor-provided values and demonstrates transparent arithmetic using displayed formulae. It is not intended to calculate, recommend, verify, prescribe, prepare, administer or check treatment for an individual patient, and must not be used with patient data or in clinical workflows.
Independence
DosePractice is an independent educational numeracy resource. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHS, NMC, any university or any healthcare employer. It must not be used for patient-specific decisions.
Organic distribution
The owner does not use NHS or university systems, professional authority, student-assessment relationships, paid advertising or direct posting to nursing groups to promote DosePractice. The owner may privately share the website with a small number of personal contacts for feedback. Public growth is expected to arise through search engines, ordinary word of mouth and independent third-party sharing.
